The Registrar Office of Adama Science and Technology University (ASTU) has officially announced important dates for 2018 admissions, registrations, and submissions for all regular undergraduate and postgraduate students (2nd year and above).

Registration and Class Start Dates

• Registration Dates: September 21–22, 2018 E.C
• Penalty Registration: September 23–24, 2018 E.C
• Classes Begin: September 23, 2018 E.C

Students are strictly advised to follow the official schedule. Early or late arrivals will not be accommodated.

Summer Internship Report Submission (3rd Year & Above)

• Submission Dates: September 14–15, 2018 E.C
• Applies to all 3rd year and above undergraduate students who are required to submit their summer internship reports.
• Students are urged to prepare their reports in advance and submit them within the given time frame.

📌 Important Notice

• Only students who arrive and register within the specified dates will be processed.
• No exceptions will be made for students attempting to register outside the official timeline.
