Experience:

  • At least 2 years of service as a Succession and Performance Management Officer or in an equivalent HR role.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of the Bank’s succession and performance management programs.
  • Support leadership development and workforce planning.
  • Prepare HR analytics reports and provide performance insights for management decisions.
