Job Summary
Under the guidance of the Director – Digital Banking Technology Channels & Platform Department, the Manager of the Digital Banking Integration Division leads the development, integration, implementation, and lifecycle management of the bank’s digital banking solutions.
The role focuses on ensuring seamless interconnection between digital platforms and banking systems, driving innovation, maintaining system stability, and improving customer experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Education: M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Experience:
- 8/9 years of relevant banking experience
- 3/4 years in supervisory roles within banking, IT, FinTech, or financial service sectors

Digital Banking Application Administration Division Manager

Job Summary
Reporting to the Director – Digital Banking Technology Channels & Platform Department, this Manager oversees the administration, maintenance, performance, security, and optimization of all digital banking applications.
This includes mobile banking, internet banking, USSD, application servers, containerized platforms, and other digital banking systems.
The role ensures seamless operations, strong security controls, excellent customer experience, and alignment with the bank’s digital strategy.
Requirements
- Education: M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Experience:
- 8/9 years in application administration or MIS environment
- 3/4 years in supervisory roles (preferably in banking/financial sector)
