External Job Opportunity – Siinqee Bank S.C

Educational Qualification:

  • Master’s Degree (LL.M) or Bachelor’s Degree (LL.B) in Law from a recognized university.

Professional Experience:

  • A minimum of 9 years of relevant experience for LL.M holders or 10 years for LL.B holders.
  • At least 2 years of experience must be in a managerial capacity such as a Company Secretary Division Manager or an equivalent position within a financial or corporate organization.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal and governance guidance to the Board of Directors.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory frameworks, and corporate governance standards.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of Board meetings, decisions, and corporate documentation.
  • Support the Bank’s leadership in strategic decision-making and institutional integrity.

Job Grade: XV

Salary: Competitive and aligned with the Bank’s scale and compensation structure.

Workplace: Siinqee Bank Head Office, Addis Ababa.
