The Organizational Development Specialist at Dashen Bank plays a pivotal role in enhancing the bank's human resources and organizational effectiveness. Key responsibilities include:
- HR Planning & Analytics: Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with the bank's objectives.
- Process Flow & Job Design: Analyze and improve organizational processes and job structures to enhance efficiency.
- Employee Engagement: Design and execute initiatives to foster a positive work environment and employee satisfaction.
- Organizational Culture Building: Lead efforts to cultivate a strong organizational culture that reflects the bank's values.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate programs to develop employee skills and capabilities.
